Seller Communications

Sellers may contact buyers at the time of sale, answer any questions they may have about your listing before a buying decision has been made and to communicate about the current sale. However we do not allow any direct communcation with buyers under any other circumstances.

The only exeption to this would be through the message boards or within any conflict resolution.

When an item is dispatched it would be good practice to send an email confirming this to your buyer. Don't send to too much communication to a seller as it could be seen as harassing. When asking for feedback bare in mind that it is optional on 'Battle Hoard' so be polite.

Respect other users and their privacy and do not interfere with another users business.

We will not tolerate the use of abusive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, vulgar or offensive language in any way.
